Abitana Workshop

Luz e Som and Abitana, brand of structured networks represented in Portugal by Luz e Som - offered in Lisbon and Porto a workshop held during the 24th and March 25th respectively.

The workshop, involving the owner of Abitan, Reobert Laes, excelled by the presentation of new solutions and products related to structured networks. Also various case studies were desussed that served as a great example for the versatility provided by Abitan products.

Finally, we proceeded to various interventions to answer questions, whether of Luz e Som technicians present, and from the different customers and representatives of private engineering and architecture.

This training was very rewarding and was considered interesting to be participating in it.

 Grand Opening Luz e Som - Edifício Transparente and Bang & Olufsen Foz

Neither rain nor wind prevented the opening of new showrooms Luz e Somand Bang & Olufsen, the Transparent Building in Porto on February 16, 2011.

With a notable amount of participants who attended despite bad weather (the orange alert was active!), the grand opening of the two sites was driven by success.

 TMN Pro - Surf Open National Circuit

TMN Tournament Pro 2010, to perform very close to the facilities of the Light and Sound in Matosinhos and hosted by Onda Pura had our audiovisual support.

Held on 1-2 May the tournament included the first stage of the National Circuit of Surf Open. It ocurred on International Beach - in front of the Transparent building.

The event includes several additional activities, such as the Sunset Music Sessions, Free surf lessons, TT Segway tracks, among others.

 InHouse - InHouse and Imobitur 2010

Luz e Som has been following the success of previous attendance, this Imobitur in 2010, this time in InHouse and Imobitur.

Present well demarcated in its own stand, Luz e Som was still in various alternative areas, due to its collaboration with various entities involved in the event.

Moreover, the very strong presence on rentals of AV equipment in other stands, makes us to be at home, on an exhibition dedicated to the decoration and interior solutions.

 Exporthome with Luz e Som

The Exporthome exhibition started on Exponor on March 2nd. There were several pavilions filled with new decor and furnishings, and of course the light and sound had to be present.

In partnership with Associative Design (brand AIMMP), Light and Sound put an area of high-fidelity high-end, and cheered throughout a large area with light ... and sound!

 Oporto Show 2010

The Oporto Show aims to distance itself from traditional furniture exhibitions taking place in Portugal. It focuses on the design of an author, material innovation, creativity at the service of global requirements without leaving out the sense of identity.

The show covers many of the elements related to the theme house. Furniture, furnishings, textiles, lighting, flooring, coatings, fabrics, wallpaper, paint, kitchens, bathrooms, design services and interior architecture are arranged in space in a balanced manner, respecting aesthetic variables that will not result in a amalgam of parts.

Because the concept is different, the formula exhibition also distinguished it from the usual. Several scenic spaces will be created - designed by professionals of the highest national and international brands - 'windows' of better and / or newer companies have to deliver.

These spaces / stands are worked according to strict values linked to the image - to attract public attention - and corporate image to convey the brand message.

 Intercasa 2009 - Luz e Som na FIL

The 2009 INTERCASA bet was to turn the space of FIL mostly a showcase of products and trends at national level. As such, Luz e Som was present in partnership with Modular Systems, at The Green House Hotel.

This integration into the decor with modern trends is the way proposed by the equipment of the Luz e Som, so that the aesthetic and technological framework to provide interior designers and architects with more variety and ease of choice, as it has for many years.

 Luz e Som at Imobitur

Luz e Som will once again participate in Imobitur. There will be available a wide range of audiovisual equipment in Domotics and Integrated Control, which demonstrate the infinite possibilities of installations, both home and business.

The entire command line of integrated Philips Pronto will be there, as well as various equipment from Crestron, Domintell, tone, modules to control ambient sound DMS, and of course the essential LCD'se plasmas of Hantarex, professional now with a house line, among other brands top-of-range carefully selected by Luz e Som for its impeccable quality and high style aesthetic.

The concept of the presence of Luz e Som is to note that the contemporary buildings, to be truly modern and have a real added value to the customer and the manufacturer, can no longer go without providing additional options on the same level as sound environment, control of lighting and dimming through scenarios, security and video surveillance, home-theater, among others.

 Luz e Som at Áudio Show 2009

Luz e Som was in Áudioshow 2009, in the Palace Hotel in Estoril, 13 to 15 March.

With two areas, on in partnership with Modular System, Luz e Som appeared on the Imperial Hall (picture), and has de the home automation and integrated control inside the Modular System house, outside the hotel.

The Lux Alliance gola was to provide a moment of private pleasure and a unique experience to all guests of the brands that make up the meeting of design and gastronomy.

 Casa Porto 2008 in "Congregados"

The show of house decoration Casa Porto 2008 happened in Congregados. The building was used to, from 8 to 23 November, show the latest innovations in the area.

The support of the Luz e Som was felt in the audio-visual equipment of the space allocated to the various decorators present.

 Luz e Som on the beach with Santa Cruz Ocean Spirit tournament

The 2nd edition of the "Santa Cruz Ocean Spirit - International Festival of Sport Wave" was held in Praia do Mirante in Santa Cruz, between 16 and 29 July.

The support of Luz e Som was evident in the reception of about 600 athletes of various nationalities who participated in the various tests that covers this event, as well as communication to the public.

 Casa Porto 2007 adapts União de Bancos headquarters

It is the return of the CasaPorto the Downtown, after "invaded" the building of Monumental Board, last year. There were two thousand people at the opening and more than 10 thousand visited the exhibition in the next two weeks.

Luz e Som has brought the audio-visual impact to most areas, an essential complement to the fall in the day to day.

 The Oporto Show '08 with Luz e Som support

The Oporto Show is a manifest in the areas of international design and interior architecture, (furniture, lighting and fabrics). As in its first edition, the show will consist of several scenic spaces, designed by professionals of the highest national and international brands.

Luz e Som provides support throughout this event, beyond our own space, and is also present in the Modular System stand.

 Luz e Som at Casa Lisboa '08

The Casa Lisboa 2008 show happened this year on the Palacete Ribeiro da Cunha, on Praça do Príncipe Real, 26.

Once again Luz e Som supported several decorator and arquitects, in what it's possibily the largest national show of new trends in interior decor.
